1. Identify hazards to health and safety in the work area and complete all sections of the risk assessment template in detail. You must use the template provided in the document "Task 2 Risk Assessment Template". When completing the risk assessment you must address the following: a. Organisational workplace health and safety policies b. Specific legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the work being performed c. History of incidents that have occurred in the work area obtained through records or client confirmation d. Previously identified risks and the control measures that have been implemented and whether they are appropriate
