A supervisor within the Logistics Section is meeting with personnel to clarify tasks and scope of the work as well as define the reporting schedule, subordinate responsibilities and delegated authority, and the supervisor's expectations. 3. A Task Force Leader is meeting with team members at a work site to discuss tactics and safety issues
