1. Melissa booked a coach tour of Europe in December 2018. The tour was to take place in June 2019. The cost of the tour was RM1,200 of which she paid a deposit of RM120 at the time of booking. In May 2019 petrol supplies throughout Europe became critical because of the war in Iraq. By Government order oil and oil-based fuels were to be used only for manufacturing industries. The coach operator cancelled the tour and asked Melissa for a further RM130 to meet his expenses. Melissa argued that the non-availability was nothing to do with her and demanded the return of RM120 already paid by way of deposit. Advise
