Subsequent inspection revealed significant problems with the defect in the clutch and it was far more serious than either Brahim or Arman's salesman had imagined. Unhappy with the situation, Brahim wants to proceed with a civil action against Arman and his company claiming that they were selling non-merchantable and not fit-for-purpose goods.
