1. Observe the 4 different DHCP Packets incoming and outgoing on your laptop by Wireshark. a. Explain the information those provided by packets for each of the packet. b. Verify the IP Address that assigned to your computer via CMD. c. Verify the GW Address from your mobile device or modem. (Apple users might not have this option. I am not sure) 2. Ping one IP Address towards to Internet. (8.8.8.8 Google would be an example). a. Observe the Internet Message Protocol Packets b. Explain the packet types incoming and outgoing i. Source and Destination IPs ii. 2 ICMP Packet Types iii. Source and Destination MAC Addresses 3. Observe if Wireshark indicates any Brand/Vendor Name next to MAC Addresses a. Explain how Wireshark or any application can know this information. Is that an information that ICMP provides? 4. Is there any more ICMP Packet type? a. Explain them all even you don't observe in your home network
