(1) Participate in some sort of recreation and leisure activity each week (e.g. hiking, campus activity, Netflix). You should engage in a different activity each week. (2) Write a reflection paper on your experience in context of a concept from the week's readings. As a general rule, your essay should be approximately 30% about the activity and 70% of how it relates to the week's material. For example: "This is comparable to what is stated in Chapter 1 in the textbook." "This is an example of concept discussed in the notes". Weave the two together.
