1. Plan for team meeting This activity requires you to plan for a team meeting (virtual or face to face) to discuss learning and development needs. Review the Learning and Development Policy and Procedures (Appendix 1) to ensure you understand and can apply the required processes. In summary, your planning will involve: Drafting questions to facilitate discussion at the meeting about each individual's and the team's learning and development needs including questions around: o Each team member's evaluation of their own performance o Areas they would like to improve. o Preferences for how they would like learning to be delivered. Conducting an Internet search to identify key skills and/or knowledge (at least five) that workers need in the modern workplace to inform your work.
