1. Planning Our Communication ( /2.5points)

Earlier in this course we learned about the SMART approach to planning your communication. Its arguably the most important step when communicating a message.

Imagine that you need to communicate an important message to someone (or a group of people). Now, outline how you would plan to deliver that specific message by addressing each element of the SMART approach.

I am not asking you to define what the SMART approach is; I want you to actually provide me with your analysis of how you would apply the SMART approach to the specific message that you need to deliver. Ensure that its very easy for me to identify each element of the SMART approach in your response. Point form responses are encouraged.
