2. All the case study examples are provided from page 13 to page 23. You may use the structure suggested by your instructor.

3. Perform a within-case analysis by following the procedures as described on page 12.

4. Aggregate the findings of the within-case analyses in order to determine whether they made sense beyond each individual case.
