NOTE: the project is a washroom that contains asbestos and will be removed under high-risk procedures

the project is expected to be done in 3 days.

2. change orders

3. payment - keep in mind that the payment is going to be made through invoice after completion of the work

4. warranties

5. insurance

6. termination

7. dispute resolution

8. governing law
