I have been tasked to carry out all planning and provisions from the venue to the catering, gift, entertainment, birthday cake and deco which will be held on 10/08/2022 and should invite 15 guests. All arrangements should be finalized within around 1 month and at least few days before her birthday. Project Objectives Try to prepare my Girlfriends' 25th birthday party in time and to fit my best budget. Project Deliverables: Deliverables are those goods and services availed after the completion of any project and they need not be tangible assets but intangible too. These project's deliverables are the definitions or basically the characteristics the project itself.
