It would be best if you displayed only the activities that will appear in the project AON (value 20%) here. a. For each activity, estimate the duration using the 3-point estimating technique. b. Identify activities' predecessors. C. Prepare the activity list in table format with the following columns: WBS ID, activity ID, descriptive title to represent the group of activities, the 3-point estimate values, and predecessors. I. Note: If the number of work packages is higher than 15 "nodes" in the AON, you can consolidate two or more work packages and represent just one node. For instance, if you find a group of work packages related to each other in a direct sequence, you can add the durations up and represent them as one node in the AON. This could reduce the number of nodes and make manual computation and network drawing easy. Try to keep the AON number of nodes around 15
