1. RESPONSE: AI can be a disruption in the advertising and marking industry when using a chat GPT program. AI will be able to take the place of a sales team that you would need to push out a product. One AI program could give you ideas on how to market your product, how to take it to market, how to reach consumers, let you know how past products similar to yours have failed or excelled, and many other things about similar products. It could even tell you what audience to target, such as age, demographics, race, and other things based on stats. This can all be done my typing in your questions to the program and creating a conversation or bouncing ideas off the program as you would a real person. This would take the place of an entire marketing team. The downside is you may not get the emotional aspect of how the product looks and feels. But that usually would come in a focus group, before your product goes to market.

2. RESPONSE: Artificial intelligence can have its positive and negative benefits to it. AI has spread throughout the world and many companies have taken this on within their companies, as well as in apps that we use daily. I know that with one on my financial apps that I have if I want to use it there a process on it that I have to speak with AI it is not a person which can be a little scary sometimes. What if the app gets hacked or app get shut down and we need it. When we call things such as our cell phone or auto insurance the AI tries to assist before we are able to get assistance from a person. There are things that could be done through the chatbot that many places and apps have if it is something that we just need done quickly that is useful but if we need a person, they make it impossible to get to that point.
