As part of meeting the criteria for South African Unit Standards, you need to show that you have met the critical cross-field outcomes (CCFOs). For the purpose of this programme, you need to complete this form to meet the CCFO requirements of the Unit Standard to which this programme is aligned. CCFOs are about how we behave towards other people and towards ourselves. You could also call them life skills because they are what we need to be able to live full and useful lives.
Completing this personal narrative gives you the opportunity to think about what happened in the process of completing your PoE in the workplace (gathering workplace evidence and conducting workplace assessments). Please explain any example that you list as meeting the CCFO in detail as we need to understand your explanation in order to determine whether or not you have met the portfolio requirements by understanding and displaying the Critical Cross-Field Outcomes behaviour in your workplace.
