2. Read the article entitled "Inside the Chaotic World of Whale Shark Tourism" by Kennedy Warne. You can find the article at the national geographic website.

3. Focus on the laws discussed in relation to the case in No. 1, especially the discussion of Constitutional provisions affecting tourism. Also take note of the environmental laws mentioned and discuss in the case.
