However, the lease between Robert's and McGreggor expired, so McGreggor did not plant the crop. McGreggor sued Robert's Reality for reimburesement for te reasonable value of serivces and material used in preparing the land. It was customary for landlords to compensate tenants for such work. Robert's told McGreggor, "custom is nice, but it ain't the law. So I will see you in court and defend myself.

"I am here to pick up the desk, and here is $100 cash." Dawn said, I will sel lyou the desk, but it is gong to cost you $150.
