1) Select a topic of concern you would like to propose to study.  (Description of research idea and its importance:   no research necessary.  

2) Design a research method which should be described in detail, including strengths and weaknesses of the proposed design.  Indicate what measures should be developed and included. (Description of research methods and data analysis proposed)  Note: you are not developing the measurements, only proposing them.   

3) Description of conclusions which may be drawn from proposed study.
