Focus on one organization or company within your selected work force sector. Investigate the structure of this organization. How is the work force organized? Identify the hierarchy within the work force. Look for the presence of administrative positions, supervisors, workers with no supervisory responsibilities. What do the workplaces. look like? Are they clean, bright, and well-lit? Or dark, dusty, and not very well maintained? Is there a union present?
