1. Show Alan and May the percentage and dollar value of the asset allocations of their investable funds for both a Conservative and Growth Portfolio. Use the table format provided in your response. Portfolio Cash Property Fixed Interest % $ Shares % International Shares % % $ % $ $ Conservative Growth 2. Using language the clients would understand explain to Alan and May why the Growth portfolio is a higher risk portfolio than a Conservative portfolio 3. Now assume that Alan and May prefer to invest their funds according to a Conservative profile. They choose not to reinvest the income back into the portfolio. What will their allocation be in percentage and dollar terms at the end of the first year? Assumptions (annual returns): The cash in their portfolio will earn 2.5% income, fixed interest will earn 4% income, property will earn 4% income and grow at 4%, Australian shares will earn 4% income (fully franked) and will grow at 5%, and their international shares will grow at 8% and earn 2% income
