1. Tan had been ill for five years before his death. During that time, his wellbeing was cared for by Sally, a private nurse. A month before his death, Sally persuaded Tan to sell his house in Bukit Damansara for RM50,000. Tan had obtained the opinion of his friend, Najib, who is a registered valuer, who told Tan that the value of his property is RM1 million. Nonetheless, Tan agreed to sell the house to Sally at the asking price. After the death of Tan, his son, Mah wishes to reclaim the house from Sally. Discuss whether Mah could do so.

2. Ali wanted to buy some face masks. He checked Mazada website where they were selling a box of 3 ply face mask for RM50. According to the website, there were 50 masks inside the box. Ali immediately placed an order for it. However, when the box arrived, it only had 20 masks inside. Furthermore, the masks in the box were 2 ply and not 3 ply. 3. Bell Computers sells all its products through its website. On 31st of January 2020, it wrongly displayed the price of a 32 inch LCD monitor at RM150 on its website. The actual price of it is RM1500. On 1st February 2020, Ahmad entered Bell Computers website and purchased the monitor at RM150 which he paid online through his credit card. Once the transaction was completed, Bell Computers realized its mistake and demanded that Ahmad pays the actual price of RM1500 for the monitor before it delivers it to him. Advise Ahmad.

4. Sam appointed Nal as an agent to sell a piece of property owned by Sam. Sam states that the price to be obtained must be at least RM500,000. Nal discovers that because a shopping mall is planned for the area of Sam property, the fair market value of the property was at least RM700,000 or higher. Nal forms a real estate partnership, Rick Realty, with her cousin Jo and enters into a contract on Sam's behalf to sell the property to Rick Realty for RM500,000. Nal does not declare her interest in Rick Realty. Rick Realty later sells the property to an investor for RM900,000. Discuss what action (if any) Sam could take against Nal.

5. Ali bought electrical goods from Seng Electric through the hire-purchase method. Ali has defaulted in making payments for two consecutive months. Seng Electric wishes to repossess the electrical goods from Ali. Advice Seng Electric regarding the procedures provided by Hire Purchase Act 1967, that they must comply with before proceeding with the repossession.
