Normal concrete having a unit weight of 23.6 kN/m3 and a design strength of fc' = 28 MP will be used. Determine the magnitude of initial prestress force and eccentricity of the steel centroid based on the following ACI stress limitations: fti = 3(fci')05; fcs = 0.45(fc')05; fts = 6(fc')05; and fci = 0.6(fci").5
