You must lead the innovation project/task that you prepared for in the Skills Activity. You should follow the agreed timeline to finish this for the organisation or work area:

In your work with the team:

• Determine the requirements for innovation and promote sustainable innovative activities

• Assess the feedback that you receive from the stakeholders
• Assess own and others performance to identify where improvement could be made
• Develop strategies to make improvements to own and other's performance for innovative thinking and practice
• Make a report that documents innovation performance and where improvements could be made for future innovation; you should include your improvement strategies.

Your report must be written professionally and presented according to organisational format and style requirements. This should be checked and correct in spelling, grammar, and meaning.
