1. This project is based on your workplace. In this scenario you have been asked to consider an opportunity to take on a leadership role and your manager has asked you to demonstrate your competency by creating and presenting the following: You are to plan and organise a workflow for a team operation or activity that will increase revenue into your business. This can be as a result of you identifying a current workplace issue which requires improvement or change. In your workflow presentation, you must take into account FIVE of the following considerations: Delays and time difficulties Difficult customer service situations Equipment breakdown or technical failure Financial resources Staffing levels and skill profiles Rostering requirements Staff performance Procedural requirements A Product development and marketing When addressing these considerations, you must give examples of how each of them can impact the workflow plan, and how you will overcome this. 2. You will then have to create the below documentation which will show how you monitor and respond to team based operational and service issues you have identified, based upon your experiences and findings during this exercise: Performance reports Staff records Expectations: This project should be presented in a report style, with at least one-third of a page for each of the above points. Project 2 - Demonstrational/Role play You are now required to present your workflow presentation to all stake holders involved. Your trainer will select class members to act as stakeholder/ members for the presentation. After your presentation you will be required to obtain feedback from other stakeholders/members who will give their recommendations for feedback on your presentation
