#1 This week, students will be completing a case study. Students should complete the reading assignments prior to starting this assignment. On page 152 of your textbook, there is a case study followed by five questions. Students should write the question and then provide a response. Responses should be detailed and illustrate the student's understanding and comprehension of this week's material

#2 Discussion Topic: As a Class, discuss the position of court administrator to include duties, training needed and the criteria, if any, that could be used to evaluate a person's effectiveness. This week, we will be doing something different from previous Discussion Board Forums.

Each student's initial post should address in detail, one of these areas (1- duties, or 2- education and training needed or 3- how to evaluate effectiveness) as well as provide an individual opinion as to the importance or value of the court administrator position in a court system along with the reasons why.
