You now work for the law firm of Weil, Sue, and Howe, LLC, in Salt Lake City, UT. You will bring an action on behalf of Max Weber, a business executive in the Salt Lake City area. Max is a 49-year-old business executive who reads a lot on his job. Max purchased the product, which had no warning labels on the packaging, and he took it home.
