1. Using the following policy, identify possible entities and make assumptions about the relationship of said entities.

A company is giving laptops to certain employees to foster in house communication. Employees using the laptops are expected to use common sense and professional judgement when using any property given to them by the company (laptops included).

The company states that all the laptops sent out are legally their property, and will be given to employees for a certain amount of time (the company will be in charge of issuing time constraints). In order to use the laptops, the employees must sign off on the following rules.

a) In order to recieve a laptop, the employee will sign a "Hardware Consent Form", and agree to all policies outlined in the form.

b) Employees are NOT allowed to install any software or disrupt the internal computer system (including network settings).

c) Employees are responsible for the laptops, and must prevent damage and theft.

d) Employees will have to pay for any physical or internal damage that they cause.

e) Employees will not be held responsible for issues resulting from work deliverables; however, associates will be held personally accountable for any issues caused by their negligence as deemed by the company.

f) Employees will provide access to any laptop computer or accessories they have

been assigned upon the companies request.
