1. Wendy was driving to a rock concert played by the Screaming Crickets. Whilst travelling at a modest speed she collided with a pedestrian, Peter, causing him to break his leg. Wendy states that she was following a left-hand bend in the road. On the bend was parked a removalist truck. Peter stepped out in front of the truck.

Advise Peter as to a possible claim in negligence only against Wendy.
