Jorge has been at the facility longer than any of the other nurses and has his choice of schedule; he believes he deserves this because of his service and seniority. There is now a shortage of nurses. Jorge's supervisor, Marisa, has been trying to hire new nurses, some of whom will only work if they can have Jorge's schedule.
