Self-Proving Affidavit: Using the format provided in Section 251.104 of the Texas Estates Code, make a Self-Proving Affidavit for attachment to a personal Will naming yourself as the testator and naming two other persons as witnesses. You may use my name for the Notary Public. You don't need to sign the document, but it should be in "client-ready" final form. "Client ready" means a proofread, error-free, professional-looking document ready to be signed by the client. Be careful to change the gender pronouns in the affidavit as appropriate.
