A salary increment and benefits would be great. It would be helpful to have benefits for those employees who have been loyal to the company for a long time. Such benefits would motivate employees to remain faithful in their service and shows that the company cares about its loyalty employees. Giving the option to sign the retirement plan would be beneficial for employees as well. The desired outcome to the problem would be a increase in salary and offer benefits plan to employees. It would change and help shape a brighter future for employees who have sacrificed their time and lives to serve the company.

It would become evident that the perceived outcome has been achieved when employees realize the company agrees in salary increment and offer benefits for the employees. That would come through a meeting with the management and they will be able to recognize that employees needs a salary and benefits review.

Regarding that, I would say the only resource needed is time to access to my colleagues and reach the company to request salary and benefits upgrade. In the case of pursuing the above, firstly I would talk to my coworkers since they are facing the same problem. I would definetely spend more time with them explain my persperctive how to approach the company and gets the outcome sucessfully.I believe doing that will enable to create awareness among my colleagues. After talk to my colleagues, it time to talk to HR and the management, they need to be aware of their employees' situation. All employees would need to let the company know about their no satisfaction.

Creating awareness is the best option for making this problem known by the management. I would talk to my coworkers about the situation to achieve the perceived outcome. I would spend more time with them, explain from my perspective, and let them know my ideas about salary and benefits. I believe doing that will create awareness among my peer employees. After that, they will be willing to communicate with the company regarding the issue. In the end, will have attained the creation of awareness, and other processes will take the course without any compromise
