Reconcile Equity, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory for each month, beginning in November, and, for each account, using the basic formula: BB + Additions - Reductions EB b. Prepare actual balance sheets and operating statements for November through March, and pro forma balance sheets and operating statements for April through September. Remember that, because of the matching principle, cost of goods sold is recognized as an expense only when the meals actually are sold, not when they are produced. c. Prepare actual statements of cash flows (SCF) for January through March, and pro forma SCFs for April through September
