What Constitutional question does it deal with? 3) What did the original court (lower or state court) decide in the first trial? What was their judgement about the case & why did they decide in that fashion (if we are told)? 4) Why did the Supreme Court decide to take the case (if we know)? 5) What did the Supreme Court decide? What was the nature of the vote (5-4, 6-3, etc.) Why did they decide the case the way they did? 6) Do you think their decision was wise, or fair? Why or why not?
