1) Why should the Ontario government exempt secondary school students working in co-operative programs authorized by their school board andpost-secondary students working in co-operative or work experience programs approved by their college or university from the provision of the Employment Standard Act of Ontario?

a) Make an argument why it should be excluded from the provision base on social, economic and legal arguments.

2) Explain which exclusions of the Employment Standards Act apply to Employees and employers in sectors that fall under federal employment law jurisdiction, such as airlines, banks, the federal civil service, post offices, radio and television stations and inter-provincial railways and Police officers (with the exception oflie detector sections in Part XVI of the ESA).
