1. Write a function called FibonacciUpToN. The input to this function is a single number, n. The function will return a vector containing all the Fibonacci numbers that are less than or equal to n.

2. Write a function called SolveQuadratic. The input to this function is 3 numbers, a,b,c. The funciton will return a 1x2 vector containing the solutions to the quadratic equation ax^2 + bx + c = 0. If the answer is a double root, the function will return two copies of that number (for example [3 3]).
