1. Write a program to flash the PIC-WEB on-board LED (RB4) on for 1 second and off for second (see attached schematics for details). Use Timero to create the 1 second delay and Timer 1 to create the / second delay. Be sure to use the MPLAB simulator to verify the proper operation of the program. Once you have fully debugged the program, write the code to the PIC-WEB and demonstrate its operation to the instructor by uploading a video to D2L
