1. Write a speech on 2023 matric excellence award function for the circuit with 11 secondary schools that were affected by underperformance for the last three years.Unfortunately, a circuit manager has gone on long sick leave, now I have taken over from mid-year. Some noticeable circuit performance improvements have been observed. Now there is a remarkable performance improvement of 81.6% from 70% but with still an underperformance of three secondary schools only. Results of high quality are still desired for though there is improvement. Primary schools are trying in terms of their performance though dedication is still highly desired.

2. Extend words of gratitude to the whole team, and all involved. Motivate the team to work collaboratively.
