a) Your phone has died, and you cant connect to the internet. How can you tell whether the exchange is quoting you a good price for you to buy Indonesian Rupiah or not?

b) You are trying to work out whether you would be better off exchanging your money at the airport in Boston, or waiting until you get to Bali. Which venue would you predict would offer you a better exchange rate? Please explain your reasoning.
