10. Opulent Oceans do not have any accounts receivables as all sales are by credit card and instantly transferred to Opulent Oceans' bank account. If the Azure Majesty project was to be accepted additional call centre staff will be required and this will mean that the call centre will be relocated to larger premises in Parramatta. The total salary paid to call centre staff will increase from the current annual cost of $320,000 to $460,000. However, a benefit of moving the call centre to Parramatta is that annual rental costs will decline to $490,000. 12. It is anticipated that a crew of 172 is required to operate Azure Majesty, where the standard industry salary has recently increased by $5,000 per annum to $72,500 annually. This is the first salary increase in the last 20 years and further increases are not expected. The Azure Majesty is expected to increase Opulent Oceans' total annual fuel expenses by $1.64 million to $4.50 million. The Azure Majesty crew is confident that with more experience operating the new cruise ship that after year 1 they can reduce fuel expenses for this ship by 0.5% every following year.
