10. Sale of kites. Wendy is president of ABC Kites, a kite manufacturing company. Her company's kites are sold to large toy stores. After Wendy learned a lot about kites, she began making kites at home and promoting them in large toy stores. She also began selling kites to her friends. Some of the directors found out about her kite sales and accused her of misconduct. Wendy denied any wrongdoing. What remedy, if any, will be imposed on Wendy for the kite sales at her home?

 You will be required to give up to the corporation half of the profits you made as a result of the breach.

• It will be obliged to transfer to the company all the profits it has obtained as a result of non-compliance.
