The container and it's lid are made from a thin sheet of metal of area 4487 cm. The radius of the base of the container is x cm and its height is h cm. By ignoring the thickness of the sheet of metal, show that x2 + xh + 2x = 224. Deduce in terms of it and x, an expression for the volume V cm of the container. As x changes, determine the value of x when the value of V is maximum and determine the maximum value. (20 marks)
