The uncollectible accounts are expensed at the end of the year. All purchases are on credit. 60 percent of the purchases will be paid one month after the purchases. The remaining balance will be paid two months after the purchases. The monthly expense figures include RM5,000 in monthly depreciation. The expenses are paid for in the month incurred.
