I think a friction-type contact push/pull interaction is slowing the cart down, but since I can't see anything pushing on the cart I don't think a force is involved. I agree that friction is slowing the cart down. but I do think friction is a force. I just don't know how it works I know we learned earlier that friction slows things down. but I'm not sure in this case. Even without friction, I think it would slow down anyway, because the force of the initial push gradually runs out. 12:47 g+ . . .
