14. Sing Enterprise is a dealer in musical insnunients. On 15't Oct. 2009, Sing sold a piano to Jenny Jenny gave Sing a cheque as payment. Sing allowed Jenny to take delivery of the piano on the same day after Jenny had signed a document which stated that the title to the piano would not pass to Jenny unless the cheque was accepted and cleared by the bank. On 5th Oct 2009, the cheque was dishonored. On the same day Sing discovered that Jenny had in fact sold and delivered the piano to one Annie on 3rd Oct 2009. Jenny had disappeared without a trace.
