Although, it is necessary to appreciate that CSR is complex due to the nature of responsibilities we owe our stakeholders. We aim to embrace responsibility for corporate actions and to encourage a positive impact on the environment and the stakeholders. The firm actively encourages our staff to recognize those responsibilities and behave in a responsible manner towards the society in which we carry out our function. Some employees and top management of WXY are not for the idea of practicing Cooperate Social Responsibility.
