15. Section 4(2) of the Contracts Act provides that the communication of the acceptance by the offeree is complete ,as against the proposer (offeror):-

a. when it is put in a course of transmission to the proposer (offeror) by the acceptor(offeree), so as to be out of the power of the acceptor

b. when it is put in a course of transmission to the acceptor (offeree) by the propose (offeror)

c. when it comes to the knowledge of the proposer(offeror)

d. when it comes to the knowledge of the acceptor(offeree)

17. Section 4 of the Contract Act provides an illustrations to the rule on communication of offer and acceptance. Illustration (a) provides that A (offeror) proposes, by letter, to sell a house to B (offeree) at a certain price. The communication of the proposal is complete when:-

a. A receives the letter

b. B receives the letter

c. A and B both receives the letter

d. B sent a letter of acceptance to A

18. Section 4 of the Contract Act provides an illustrations to the rule on communication of offer and acceptance. Illustration (b) provides that B (offeree) accept's A's (offeror) proposal by a letter sent by post. The communication of the acceptance is complete, as against A (offeror) when:-

a. the letter of acceptance is posted by B

b. B receives the letter

c. A and B both receives the letter

d. B sent a letter of acceptance to A
