A group of graduate students who wanted to celebrate their 25' birthdays went at a local club to hear a

local band play. As the students had more to drink, the music sounded increasingly better. At the band's last

break, two of these students (Bob and Peter) each purchased a CD. Although he was drunk Bob was aware of hi:

actions and said that he wanted the CD because he thought the music sounded fantastic. Peter was so intoxicate

that he could barely get his money out, and shortly after getting the CD tried to take a bite out of it, thinking tha

it was a cookie. Several days later, they listen to the CD and both think that it sounds horrible. Discuss whether

Bob can get a refund for his purchase. Can Peter? Explain your answers for both and identify the law(s) that

support your answers.
