As Vallecer is on vacation in Tagbilaran, he intends to receive and accept the goods thereat. He then instructed Carla, his secretary who is in charge of his business in Dipolog while he is on vacation, to receive the goods at the port of Dipolog. After taking the goods from the vessel, Carla delivered the same to Lyndsey as agreed. However, part of the consignment from Tagbilaran was lost in transit, so Lyndsey received 15,000 boxes only.
