1.As discussed in Module 10, the concepts of being a 'Practical Coach' look to reinforce the right behaviours in the workplace using an 'inclusive' approach to leadership. Explain what makes a 'Practical Coach' & provide an example from your past of someone who either made a great coach or instead acted as a manager. This could be a teacher, parent, supervisor or manager as well as someone from your personal life. 2.Now it is your turn to think to tell me what leadership is in your words. Throughout the course you have learned different attributes, styles & theories associated to leadership. You have also learned about your own strengths and weaknesses in your own personality, how you see the world and also in how you interpret the behaviours of others.
