NYC Bikes does not inspect the handlebars. The bike with the defective han-dlebars is sold to a local bike shop, which sells the bike to Britney. Soon, Britney is injured in an accident caused by the defective handlebars. Angry about the accident she posts a series photos of her injuries and captioned with messages blasting NYC Bikes and saying that the she was injured while using their product. She sues NYC Bikes who makes counterclaims against her for defamation. A Does Britney have a valid claim against NYC Bikes? B Does NYC Bikes have a valid claim against Britney?
