1.Choose a local business that maintains a blog. If you are having difficulty, consider companies like law firms, home repair companies, and travel agencies. Then, choose an older blog post that you feel could benefit from three or four internal links being added.

2. On the same website, find three or four more recent blog posts that are related to the topic of the older blog post.

3. Find parts of the older blog post to re-word, creating anchor text and links to the newer blog posts.

4. Be prepared to present your new anchor text and justify your internal links to the class, explaining how they will encourage better website traffic and search engine rank.
